****NOTE**** AS OF MAY 28, 2016: Because of flooding & a washed-out driveway, the Juneteenth Wildflower Walk scheduled for June 4 at Bird Runner Wildlife Refuge must be postponed. DESCRIPTION OF EVENT:
Join us for a twilight walk on the tall grass prairie! Location:5 miles south of I-70 (Exit 307), on the east side of the road. Follow the gravel drive across the bridge and up to the Guest House. Park along the driveway. Dress in layers, wear sturdy shoes, and use insect repellent if desired. KNPS members will be your guides!
