People of all ages are invited to attend a family-friendly event hosted by The Pollinator Prairie in Olathe, Kansas to celebrate the annual migration of the Monarch butterfly to Mexico. Participants will learn about Monarchs and other butterfly species with hands-on activities including:
Demonstrations by Monarch Watch including catch and release of butterflies every half hour
Hands-on caterpillar and butterfly exhibit hosted by the K-State Extension Master Gardeners Wildlife Habitat Committee

Arts & Crafts and Games
Live music

This event is free and open to the public.

1. Take I-35 South
2. Take exit 218 toward Santa Fe
3. Merge onto E. Santa Fe St.
4. Turn left on N. Blake St.
