KU Native Medicinal Plant Research Garden • 1865 E. 1600 Road • Lawrence, KS • Map

Join faculty, staff and students of the Native Medicinal Plant Research Program for our informal fall garden tour. We’ll tour all areas of the garden, including our research plantings, our demonstration/show garden and the KU Student Farm. Prof. Kelly Kindscher and students involved in garden projects will be on hand to visit. Stay as long as you wish; the garden is open every day, dawn to dusk. For garden info click the "More info" link below.

The Douglas County Extension Master Gardeners partner with the Kansas Biological Survey to manage the garden’s day-to-day operations, develop the long-term vision for the project, and mentor University of Kansas student interns each semester.
