The winter meeting of the KNPS Board of Directors will be on Saturday, January 13th, 2018 (with January 20th as a backup date in case of inclement weather). The meeting will be at Hale Library on the Kansas State University campus, in room 501 - the Hemisphere Room - on the 5th floor of Hale Library. We will meet from 1:15 to 3:15 pm. Parking should be easy on a Saturday. Visitor permits will not be needed, but you are asked to park in lots marked with a red “W” or green “O” sign. The parking closest to Hale Library would be in lots A6 and A5. Both lots are immediately east of Hale Library. To get to these two lots, turn west off North Manhattan Avenue onto Petticoat Lane. It goes around a curve and becomes Campus Creek Road, but take a right turn immediately after the curve and proceed to the entrance to lot A5 on the left or up a slight hill to lot A6. Another option would be to park in the parking garage south of the K-State Union, but it does cost. Please note that the former road on the east side of Hale Library is now a pedestrian-only mall. See K-State map: K-State Campus Map

The entrance gate into the library is on the second floor of Hale Library. If entering Hale Library from the southeast side Sunflower Entrance, turn right and proceed up the stairs to the second floor. If arriving from the southwest corner of Hale, proceed up the loggia ramp to the second floor. The library opens at 1:00 pm, so the entrance gates will be closed prior to that time.

Room 501 is on the fifth floor. As you exit the elevator on fifth floor, it is immediately to your right.
