Join the Topeka Audubon Society & the Kansas Native Plant Society in touring this private property. There are high quality prairie & woodlands, a 60 acre watershed lake, pastures, and CRP planting. We will be looking for spring wildflowers and birds. Directions: Take Topeka Blvd to 117th Rd, go east on 117th two miles to California (it dead ends at California), take a left at California and go about half a mile. There is a driveway with a green mailbox on your right. We will meet by the barn. The address is 11400 S. California. This is private property and is only open to us on this day.
