Tour participants should plan to meet at 10am at Wolf Creek’s Black Bear Bosin Shelterhouse. David Kraft, Rangeland Management Specialist with NRCS, will kick off the tour with a 30min. presentation on grassland ecology and management. Transportation will then be provided from the shelterhouse to the tour site. Jim Minnerath with the UFWS will lead participants through the identification and use of more than 50 native plant species. Complimentary lunch is provided.
