Note, date moved up a week. GHF’s volunteer prairie management group, Groundhogs, meets at Snyder Prairie on the 3rd Saturday of each month of the year, except December. Snyder Prairie is a 140-acre tract of land composed of prairie and woods east of Mayetta, Kansas. Contact Frank to help. Work for August includes control of sericea lespedeza, an invasive species.
