Friends of Konza Prairie Spring Program will be held on Earth Day, Tuesday, April 22, at 7:00 pm at the Beach Art Museum on the KSU Campus, Anderson at 14th Street. The event is sponsored by FOKP, in collaboration with the Beach Art Museum, KSU Departments of English, Landscape Architecture & Community Planning Claflin Books & Copies and Kansas Native Plant Society. Katie Kingery Page will talk about The Meadow, a prairie patch on campus; and Julene Bair will present her book, Ogallalah Aquifer. There will be refreshments and a book signing.
