Field identification of plants in the Southern Great Plains; explore botanical landscapes of the region; learn to interpret the ecology and plant geography; examine literature of the plains flora.
Persons interested in taking the class(es) may obtain enrollment forms and information about the courses by writing the Great Plains Nature Center or by e-mailing Tom at teddy@emporia.edu. Persons 60 years of age or older may take the courses free of charge (but will not receive academic credit – only audit credit).
