Join us for a special presentation and dedication of the Powell Memorial Pollinator Garden. It was planted in memory of Frederick and Margaret Powell, who was an early citizen scientist.
The butterfly and pollinator garden are an official Monarch Waystation. The adjoining prairie restoration has new interpretive signs and trails. After the presentation, we will tour the gardens and prairie. We should see butterflies and other pollinators as well as birds and other wildlife. After the tour, refreshments will be served.
Space is limited so please RSVP to Craig and Mary at firstname.lastname@example.org or at 785.232-8363.
If you cannot make the dedication, the trail and gardens are open to the public all days of the week.
